Adoba Flash Player is Culprit?

I visitied some tech forums regarding my Vist's IE (7) and I found that a culprit that caused "hanging" when changing web pages could be caused by the latest version of ActiveX. I deleted mine and now no more hanging!

I was thinking...I know a scary thing! LOL! Wouldn't it be great if there were a way to "friend request" someone without having to go to their column. There is a way to ignore someone on artcles, so why not a way to "friend request" as well??? Whatcha think?
